Ho Chi Minh City

Reunification Palace Formerly known as Independence Palace, this used to be South Vietnam s Presidential residence until the end of the Vietnam War when it was renamed in memory of the negotiation between the North and the South.
War Remnants Museum Formerly known as the Museum of American War Crimes, this museum is comprised of several warehouses showing the atrocities committed during the Vietnam War.
Ben Thanh Market This is the largest market in the city with its hundreds of stalls filled with both local and tourist goods.
Cu Chi Tunnels A complex series of underground tunnels built with simple hand tools by the Vietcong connected command posts, hospitals, shelters, and weapons factories and was never discovered by their enemies.
