Karlovy Vary
Karlovy Vary, also known as Karlsbad or Carlsbad, is a spa city located in the western part of the Czech Republic. It is famous for it hot springs and its colorful architecture. Karlovy Vary means “Charles’ Bath,” and was named after King Charles IV, who founded the city in 1370.
Hot Springs
There are 13 main springs and around 300 smaller springs. There are many spas throughout the city for visitors to relax and enjoy themselves.
