Leave the US on your flight to Bangkok, with arrival on Day 2.

Day 2   |  Bangkok 

Be welcomed by your friendly guide at Bangkok International Airport and transfer to your city hotel. After checking in, spend the rest of the day at leisure, either unwinding at your hotel or making forays into Thailand’s energetic capital. Tonight, enjoy dinner at hotel.

Day 3   |  Bangkok  (B, L)

After breakfast, experience one of the highlights of your trip — a visit to the Damnoen Saduak Floating Market outside the city. Soak up the colorful scenes of this busy river market, where vendors paddle boats piled with fresh produce and other wares along congested canals. Next, return to Bangkok and savor a delicious Thai lunch at the Mandarin Oriental hotel’s Sala Rim Naan restaurant before enjoying free time this afternoon and evening.

Day 4   |  Bangkok – Ayutthaya - Bangkok  (B, L)

This morning, travel to Bang Pa In Summer Palace, a 19th-century royal garden retreat. Explore the exquisite lakeside pavilions and parkland before continuing to UNESCO World Heritage-listed Ayutthaya, the site of an ancient Siamese capital. Inspect the semi-intact ‘prangs’ (towers), walls and monuments and learn how the city was a royal capital until a Burmese invasion in 1767. Afterward, cruise back to Bangkok on the Chao Phraya River. Board a deluxe Grand Pearl cruiser and enjoy the views of the passing temples and countryside over a tasty on-board buffet lunch. On arrival, transfer to your hotel, and spend the rest of the day as you wish.

Day 5   |  Bangkok – Pattaya  (B, D)

Today, visit Bangkok’s stunning Grand Palace, a collection of extravagant shrines and halls that was the preserve of Siam’s royals for over 150 years. Ogle the intricately decorated buildings, many coated in gold, and call at the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, where a small jade statue of Buddha thought to date to the 15th century draws crowds of pilgrims. Later, travel by coach to Pattaya on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand. Check in at your beachside hotel at this vibrant holiday resort and enjoy the evening at leisure. Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 6   |  Pattaya  (B, L)

One day trip to Coral Island. Ride a speedboat to this idyllic island and enjoy its sand beaches, azure waters and watersports (additional cost) interrupted only by a delectable seafood lunch. Cruise back to Pattaya in the afternoon and enjoy the evening free.

Day 7   |  Pattaya – Bangkok – Singapore  (B)

Transfer from Pattaya to Bangkok for your flight to Singapore. On the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula, this tropical island state is known for its colonial architecture, modern skyscrapers and lush rainforests. Meet your tour guide at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

Day 8   |  Singapore  (B, L)

Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Singapore’s main landmarks this morning. Visit Merlion Park, the colorful Chinatown, and see the Parliament House, Supreme Court, Cricket Club and other highlights. Ogle the bird’s-eye views from the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark and finish at Little India’s Tekka Centre, where enticing food markets mingle with shops and restaurants. Return to your hotel and spend the rest of the day as you please.

Day 9   |  Singapore - Hong Kong  (B)

Transfer to Singapore airport to catch your flight to Hong Kong. Land in this most cosmopolitan of China’s cities, and after meeting your tour guide, enjoy a transfer to your city hotel. Later, perhaps dip into the markets, malls or restaurants of this dynamic city independently to get your first taste of its lifestyle and culture.

Day 10   |  Hong Kong  (B)

Home to a staggering seven million people, Hong Kong offers an irresistible east-meets-west vibe that’s sure to delight and intrigue. Take a guided morning tour of its top sights, riding a tram up Victoria Peak for fabulous views, and visiting Stanley Market and Repulse Bay. This afternoon is yours to spend as you wish.

A free day beckons today, giving you time to explore and relax in your own way. Perhaps shop for souvenirs in the lively malls and street markets, sample the floating restaurants at Aberdeen Fishing Village, follow the city’s mountainous hiking trails, or just soak up the iconic views on a harbor ferry ride.

Transfer to Hong Kong airport for your return flight to the US.
