Our flight arrives at Hong Kong where we board a connecting fl ight to Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam. For 1000 years, Vietnam existed under Chinese control before gaining independence in 938 AD. Today, Vietnamese culture still exhibits much French influence. Upon arrival to Hanoi we’re met and transferred to our deluxe accommodations. Dinner is served at the hotel this evening.

Take an excursion to the famous Cu Chi Tunnels, an important base during the War because of its strategic location. The Vietcong built an elaborate 200km long network of tunnels connecting command posts, hospitals, shelters and weapons factories.
