Itinerary
DAY 1 Arrive in Taipei, Taiwan: Arrival & Leisure Time
Upon arrival at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE), you will be met and transferred to your hotel by private car (NO guide). The remainder of the day will be free.
DAY 2 Taipei Day City Tour: National Palace Museum, Memorial Hall & Taipei 101
After breakfast, enjoy the Classic Taipei Landmarks Day Tour to explore the city’s iconic historic landmarks and the modern tourist spots. Visit the world-renowned National Palace Museum that houses the largest collection of ancient Chinese artifacts in the world, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, Lungshan Temple and the famous skyscraper, Taipei 101 (entrance ticket is not included).

DAY 3 Taipei - Sun Moon Lake: Travel to Taiwan's Scenic Heartland
Meet the local guide at the hotel lobby and board the coach to central Taipei and travel to the heart of the island, Sun Moon Lake National Scenic Area. Visit Sun Moon Lake, the largest freshwater lake on the island, Ita Thao, an indigenous village that offers insights into the culture and lifestyle of the Thao people. The Ci’en Pagoda, an iconic Sun Moon Lake landmark constructed by the late President Chiang Kai-shek in memory of his mother, Xuanzang Temple, and Wenwu Temple.

DAY 4 Sun Moon Lake - Kaohsiung: Tainan Old Street, Fo Guang Shan & Kaohsiung
Kick off the second day of your Taiwan adventure with a delightful breakfast, hop on the bus and make your way to Tainan, the oldest city in Taiwan. Visit the Fort Zeelandia, stroll along the Anping Old Street. Lunch on your own. Proceed to the romantic harbor city of Kaohsiung, the most populous city in Southern Taiwan. Visit the renowned Fo Guang Shan Monastery (FGS), a significant Buddhist monastery founded by the Venerable Master Hsing Yun in 1967. Overnight in Kaohsiung.

DAY 5 Kaohsiung - Kenting - Chihpen Hot Springs, Taitung: Kenting National Park & Hot Springs Stay
After a hearty breakfast, set out on your journey as you head south toward the border, where Taiwan’s first national park awaits. Visit Kenting National Park, stop at Maopitou, literally cat’s nose, aptly named as it resembles a colossal crouching cat when viewed from afar; Chuanfan Rock,Eluanpi Lighthouse, Longpan Park, a coral limestone plateau overlooking the Pacific Ocean, shaped over time by rainfall erosion. Explore the Kenting National Park, Tonight, enjoy the pleasure of staying in a serene hot spring resort in Zhiben, Taitung County. Enjoy natural hot spring at Hotel Royal Chihpen

DAY 6 Taitung - East Coast National Scenic Area - Hualien - Yilan: Scenic East Coast Drive & Train to Yilan
After breakfast, continue to travel along the east coast, known as the last unspoiled place of the island. Stop at some of the most impressive scenic spots along the way, including Xiaoyeliu, Sanxiantai, Shitiping, and Fanshuliao, each boasting its own distinctive geological features. Enjoy the train ride from Hualien to Yilan. Tonight, overnight in Jiaoxi.

DAY 7 Yilan-Taipei: Whisky Distillery, Traditional Arts & Return to Taipei
Visit the King Car Kavalan Whisky Distillery and the National Center for Traditional Arts. Start the day with visit to “King Car Kavalan Whisky Distillery”, known worldwide for its exquisite flavors brewed from the clear water sources of the Central Mountain Range and the Xueshan Mountain Range. Continue to visit “National Center for Traditional”, a vast park featuring various exquisite traditional Taiwanese buildings. Conclude your unforgettable round island tour by taking a bus back to Taipei City.

DAY 8 Transfer to airport: Depart from Taiwan
At leisure until check out and you will be transferred to the airport for departure flight by private car (NO guide).
